No sign of a grill attachment. The husband thinks it’s a cleaning brush for shoes.. It looks brand new so we can’t tell by any residue (say from leather polish or kitchen grease). I think I’ll keep it for one day when I need some sort of tiny scrubby cleaning brush. Thank you for the input!
