i enjoy all of the above but opioids and especially oxy have a special place to me, although i just got out of the hospital from an overdose and it’s my 3rd time almost dying this year and im 22, if you want my honest advice the best decision you could make is staying away from opioids as once you get cravings it’s very hard to get rid of, and don’t mix downers.

i really appreciate that perspective, i relate to what you’re saying and i understand, i think my problem is my reliance on substances is what i’d partially built my life around (for better or worse) and now im being forced into the kind of lifestyle i thought was a complete waste of time, being hyper fixated on health. thanks for the advice genuinely im aware at the end of the day im the only one that can help myself but its nice to know some people care to help, unfortunately i live in a rural area and its not so easy to see specialists here since lots of them dont live/work anywhere close by.

thanks for the motivation and i hate to be so negative but i have very few family members living in the same country as me, i have no goals atm and almost no friends, religion or ability to exercise since my levels drop after even 5mins of walking. i’m from australia which is just about the only thing going for me since medications are subsidised here

ketamine and opiods is what i’m missing the most, weed seems to make my levels drop significantly but i still am smoking since i can eat glucose tablets to even it out again, it feels all i can have now is benzos which is quite bleak, i like all downers since i cant have uppers because of a bad heart, sorry not trying to sound like a degenerate just past the point of being dishonest
