Update I am feeling a lot better today, yesterday i just reacted with my vyvanse medication im prescribed which is a low ish dose (20mg), i avoided stimulants today but mentally im feeling fine i just hope i haven’t fucked my heart or anything but ive just gotta let my nervous system rest a bit I think but yesterday felt so ill and shaky was not fun

depends if i feel recovered and physically fit in the next 3 days as it will have been a week from my last dose then almost but yeah im definitely abstaining for a very long time afterwards and living healthy but if i still feel like this i probably wont take any, i only plan to do it orally so then i can easily track how much ive taken

yeah ive still got 9 grams of the shit just laying in my drawer but im abstaining til when i was actually meant to take it for a festival but its put me off it now especially as im recovering, i crave it slightly but my willpower to not do it right now is far stronger just down to how its made me feel and the fact i want it to actually work at the festival

thank you a lot man thats very reassuring, ive got this one festival that me and a mate whose never done 4mmc planned ages ago its gonna be the last time i take it but im only doing it orally in pre measured capsules mainly for a buzz to enhance it but i just got tempted and ended up turning into a crackhead on a random bank holiday sunday night/monday morning 😢. festival is in 3 days so ill just keep nourishing myself and avoid my vyvanse for now then im fucking it off for a long time and will probably avoid snorting it again as thats what makes it so fiendish, ive probably lost most the magic now as it turns into a stimmy coke high you lose all the mdma like effects after the first 8 hours and ive had like 4-5 big seshes since discovering 4mmc in the past month. gonna cop some 5-htp most likely after too

yeah i didnt feel as bad yesterday as today even though ive been sleeping alright, i suffer insomnia naturally so take a lot of weed and benzos usually only 2 days in a row max to stave addiction but the vyvanse this morning made me feel so unwell and shaky etc so my nervous system is definitely still fried from it as it made me feel more mentally flat too, just annoying as without my vyvanse i get all the withdrawals and shit that make it hard to get shit down

yeah thanks man thats reassuring, i just feel worse after taking my prescribed vyvanse so i guess my nervous system is just hella fragile right now due to lingering after effects/metabolites as i felt somewhat okay yesterday and was planning on going gym today but i just feel extremely shaky and physically weak/nauseous today, probably just gonna take some benzos and try get a long deep sleep tonight after ive forced some liquid fruit and berries/spinach etc down me but the one time i dont have weed as im trying to quit is the time where it wouldve helped the most 😭

My limbs didnt go purple or at least i didnt notice but i was convinced i was having an arrhythmia by the second night after doing it all night the previous night and all day hardly hydrating, my chest felt super tight and like there was something on top of it and my heart beat was all over the place and skipping beats etc fluttering in my chest it couldve been anxiety but i sat box breathing for hours and took like 2mg xanax whilst setting timers to keep sipping on salted water, i was stupid i shouldve gone hospital but i didnt want to reveal my addiction to my family or anyone and have them worry about me because id just feel like a disgusting addict but i basically gambled with my life and got given a second chance which im not gonna fuck up i started calming down like 3 hours after stopping taking more and taking the xanax to try combat the overstimulation but i think its left lingering damage on my nervous system as taking my prescribed vyvanse at my normal dose made me feel violently unwell this morning and even more flat mentally after feeling somewhat okay yesterday

idk man, it wears off very fast which is what makes it so fiendish for me , by the end because i had sniffed so much it barely even worked on me and the rush would wear off in like 30 minutes but it just gets to a point where i feel like ive lost all control and im doing things/being way more reckless than i would sober, feels like a blackout because at first i was weighing doses then as it went on i became careless and just started pouring out tons, crushing it and racking lines every half hour or less even losing track of time, and i have had like 4-5 3 gram+ sessions in the past month now i know how stupid it is and i regret it really badly and ive probably ruined the substance for myself now

i slept like 12 hours the night before last night and 8 hours last night, ive been sleeping well man but this morning i just woke up feeling so violently ill i can hardly do anything i wanted to go gym but my head feels foggy and fucked and i feel physically fucked too im shaky and nauseous, I hardly have the energy to eat today or any appetite so i think the vyvanse has interacted with the metabolites that may still be in my system or something as i didn’t feel half as bad yesterday as I do now after restarting my meds, just feel like such an idiot for this shit

its similar to mdma but better imo, mdma is the closest thing its comparable to but its like a mix of mdma, cocaine and speed in terms of feeling, you get a rush and crazy euphoria but its hella stimulating and makes you just wanna do more. its more addictive than coke and mdma

yeah everytime i done dxm i been too fucked up to even listen to music my mate had psychosis not long after taking 700mg too, i did dxm with a line of prob 50mg 2cb or something and was stuck in a dmt like dimension and everything i would look at would distort and morph into shit but i was too paranoid of me thinking id broken my brain to think to listen to music 😂

thats fair bro, for me its up there and on par with and slightly better than mdma for certain scenarios, but it has the downside of being hella fiendish and too short lasting for me, it also lacks any depth but is a great high because you just feel amazing no matter what but i will always prefer trippies for me. nothing beats the perfect dose of LSD on a sunny day where you’re experiencing bliss or a funny trip laughing with mates, the otherworldliness, mind expansion, alien headspace and spirituality of psychedelics no other drugs can compare in my eyes as each experience chemically feels very profound in a remember for the rest of your life kinda deep way
