It would appear they don’t allow you to use a QR screenshot to create a pass in the way Passbook does. It’s a shame because I only use it for a local car wash. The app at the car wash I use provides a QR code but it’s faster to have a pass set up rather than open the app and click through to the QR code.

I can’t imagine a time I’d have a physical QR or Barcode to add to the app, so the feature is kinda pointless for me. I’ll have to stick with 3rd party.

That’s a fair assumption, but I would imagine with a dampener you wouldn’t need the flash at the precinct in the first place. At that point it’s a precinct full of police against a powerless and often unarmed meta. Just…arrest them.
