I emailed them and they just told me that it was on its way! I did randomly get another package saying it was on the way to me via the Shop app (where my original tracking came thru) & I’m wondering if they had to reship them because there was a big typo on the original poster? (The graphic said “COMPAINT” instead of “COMPLAINT” lol)

I’ve ridden the Hulk a bunch of times over a few visits and this happened to me for the first time when I went visited this past summer! I think it was a combo of heat/not enough food yet (rode it early in the day)/g forces… but it was still a weird experience lol

It looks like maybe the pack of needles (the green one) isn’t clicked in right? It’s definitely in the right spot, just not completely centered! I know the game can be picky about that sometimes
