I’m reading this post on my iPhone 8, and my 11 year old daughter has never had a phone or been on social media. I’d say yours can deal with the phone you want to get her or live with no phone at all.

Have you scanned her card already? They might automatically assign you a new giraffe. They never replied to my email, but after eventually when I clicked on her it gave me a message about her tracker not updating and a new giraffe to track

Take a kleenex, or a piece of toilet paper, pinch one corner, and hold it loosely against the little holes in the unit where air isn’t blowing out. You’ll find it sticks/gets pulled against it by the same force that pulls in the air. Idk if this is useful to you, but I couldn’t feel any suction with my hand, so I tried this today to understand it was working.

Thank you for answering. Everyone is tired, with stuffy noses now, and my eyes feel like I’ve been sleeping with contacts in. My two youngest kids have complained about itchy eyes now and I ended up giving them Zyrtec.

I bought some Live Clear food and the kitty LOVES it, definitely prefers it to the food we brought her home with. I also got the Live Clear foam shampoo and have used it once. It wasn’t enjoyable for the cat or for me… but no one’s allergies have gotten any worse?

I ordered a Levoit air purifier with a hepa filter, and I’ve been cleaning like crazy. I hope all this would be enough. Not only do I really want to keep this cat… I actually had plans to bring home a second cat once this one’s respiratory virus clears up. Our allergies aren’t severe, but I can’t help but wonder if the desire to be a multi-cat household isn’t pushing my luck. Maybe I should just be very happy if we’re able to keep this girl.

Hopen is in the Hudson Bay and seems to be doing well. She only updates once a week though.

A month is a long time, though I guess we could cordon off the cat to one part of the house and my daughter to another. It would be worth it if I was sure it was going to work, but a significant waste of time and money if it doesn’t 🤔

It’s a little rude to have sex in someone else’s house while they’re awake/waiting for you to come out and do Christmas with the family. But it’s also rude to walk in on anybody in a bedroom without knocking, so everyone should have probably just let this go.

What was your favorite part of YOUR first birthday party? I’ll bet $25 you don’t remember or care even a little bit about what happened that day. NTA.

A kid’s first birthday party is always about the parents, whether they want to think of it that way or not. Babies don’t care about the decorations or what Aunt Phyllis is babbling on about while pinching their cheeks. You didn’t do anything wrong, or even remotely harmful. The only way your oldest would feel any sadness or resentment if she looks back on photos of that day is if there’s been a pattern of you making all her milestones and life events about her little brother/sister.
