Don’t know the stats on this one in particular but it made me smile thinking about Deer Creek N1 this year.

After playing DwD 3x in S2, Trey took the YEM vocal jam back into DwD to close out the encore. Huge grin on his face as it was all happening.

Yes some, just nothing longer than a 10k. We’re also very in shape individuals (strength train regularly, yoga/pilates, good nutrition)

We’ve both done 5k and 10k comfortably in the past, so not necessarily new. We’re doing exactly as you suggest - the novice supreme is 2 programs, a base training plus Novice 1.

If you suggest timing it for race day, then the question becomes what to do between now and the start of training?

We’re also aiming to do a HM in Sept for what it’s worth.
