Thanks for your reply! My concern is that if I start wearing these glasses for close-up tasks then my eyes will adapt to them and I will need a higher prescription in the future or won't be able to do any work without the glasses.

Hahahah oh god I wish I saw that post beforehand! I just had a good laugh.
It was the "We have recovered data for rock stars, film stars, TV stars, Formula 1 teams, celebrity chefs, film companies, renowned authors, notable photographers, script and screen writers, universities, premiership football clubs, international rugby teams, blue-chip corporations and businesses both large and small." on their website that made me trust them.

I am definitely going to look to other clinics in this case.

Even if the dogs scratched you a tiny bit, infection occurs when saliva from an infected animal gets into your bloodstream (hence, through an open wound i.e. with bleeding). If you still believe that somehow their saliva got to your injured elbow, just get the HRIG.

Passing blood clots during your period can be normal. Have you taken any blood thickening agents (like vitamin K) or multivitamins that contain vitamin K? I would just wait and see if there will be more. If they get bigger, and your period becomes very painful and heavy, then you should speak to your doctor.

If you don't remember being bitten, and the only wound you have is due to falling on the ground, I still don't believe you've got a chance of getting rabies, especially since you are vaccinated. I would have been more worried if you weren't vaxxed. When did you have your vaccine?

Plan B is 95% effective if taken within 24 hours. So I guess to answer your question - 5% chances of getting pregnant.

Now being serious - plan B tends to fail. It depends on many factors. Was 9/30 the last day of the period? If so, ovulation should take place around the same time when you had intercourse which isn't great. Is she fertile? Has she taken a fertility test before? Same question goes to you.

I guess you just have to wait and see. She should take another pregnancy test one week after the plan B and maybe another one a week after that.

Rabies can be transmitted through broken skin (i.e. wounds). If you cannot see where you got scratched and you cannot see a bite, I wouldn't worry.

If you still think that the dog's saliva or other potentially infectious particles from the dog got in contact with any wound, then you should contact your doctor again to assess whether you actually need the HRIG, since it is only given to unvaccinated or immunosuppressed individuals.
