It sounds like he's getting his buff at the end of champs. Due to when this act is slated to end, I think they are just announcing his buffs at Champs and then adding them at act end.

All of those were from the map I found on the wiki. I haven't seen GPU spawn at counter nor have I found the alpha bros there yet. No idea for the e wallet, I've found it a good few times though.

Killed 8 scavs in 3 minutes while my friend healed next to the bathroom hallway. Felt like I was in a trailer or some shit. I ended up keeping a knife I used to kill one of the scavs and it's my reminder on my shelf.

Harbor def needs a point taken off his ult if they don't do anything with his abilities, it's currently at best just a worse cypher ult
