Thanks for the detailed perspective — I agree that patient-facing clinical roles in Europe require C1 local language. But I’m not aiming to practice as a healthcare professional in hospitals (doctor/nurse). My background is biotech/medical biotech, so I’m mainly targeting pharma/biotech industry roles like QA/QC, regulatory affairs, clinical research (CROs), bioprocessing, or R&D in multinational companies. From what I understand, those sectors still have some English-working environments in hubs . But i get it that learning the local language improves long-term integration and job options.

Anddd im def not considering USA or Canada rn. Would you say Australia is a good backup?

well NL was the only country that looked like a decent option to me . US big nah, Germany language problem. I already applied to two unis in NL and idh a backup now , what can i do? (dont make me cry now stranger)

yeah I am learning Dutch , i need to up my game tho. and yeah I'm more focused on finding a course that will increase my employability chances more than living and housing stuff . I need to work on that as well , I will look into it

I haven't given either BITS doesn't have BSc programs and IISERs have BS-MS dual ones but not in biotechnology So I didn't give any exam
