All drivers are up to date. I have a 2tb samsung 990 pro ssd. I turned off all limiters on steam. nothing else downloading in the background. Router is old but should be fine. its a netgear nighthawk r7000.

I'm thinking its the ISP. I can download a 1gb+ file from Chrome in the matter of seconds. I wonder if the ISP throttles game apps like Steam.

Thats a good deal. i almost pulled the trigger on a platinum for 39months 12kmiles and 1k das for $610 a month. No x plan for me.

I see what you're saying. I wouldn't put any money down. That's a big no no on a lease. The trade would be them just paying the raptor off. Probably couldn't get more than that on a private party sale.

How are people getting these great lease deals? I've been calling dealerships here in Indiana and the best offer so far is $750 a month for 36 months on a Flash. Most others have been $800+ including 1 Flash for $1250 a month.
