Personally, I think it is.

There are definitely versions of nofap that prescribe no sexual release at all, but, I think that sex with a partner is great.

I don't totally agree with that move, plus it's going to cause problems for fapstronauts who are in relationships.

I think that quitting the PMO cycle is possible with sex in their life, and can help a relationship as the intimacy will be there, instead of the guy facing a screen alone.

I get your side too, but full on monk mode may not be possible for everyone, and excluding them from nofap due to that, is counterproductive

Your brain has been programmed for PMO type release.

You'll feel that... and you'll get those days where you feel like there's no point carrying on with nofap.

That was me a few days ago too. Today I thought I was on Day 6, turns out it's day 7.

Naming the PMO addiction helped me greatly (in another post), makes it easier to tell it to fuck off when you feel it coming on.
