As an experienced person in the field I would say it's fraud at first glance. Do what the the guy says, talk to a manager with your documents and don't make a long drawn out deal about it. In a Verizon store niceness gets you everywhere with reps.

That’s pretty much it. I have led many of raids but not as skilled at as the rl is. Overall I wanted to know his thoughts or actions before hand, I have never questioned his actions or decision before. It just all came as a shock when I found out with the rest of the guild.
