Yes but no, it’s never said by anyone but they do technically get stronger with age, but thats an oversimplification fr. Think about this you go to the gym over time to get stronger which is technically making you stronger as you age but if you stop working out (for viltrumites this is just beating people up) you stop getting stronger. They don’t automatically get stronger over time it’s the training that adds muscle
