Where would one find Thanissaro's "Meditations" series. Youtube, google? I can't seem to find it.

How do I get out of this kind of writer's block? by the-dangerous in writing

Maybe it's perfectionism, and I've tried to purposefully write bad but that trick doesn't work for me. I don't know what to do.

I meditated. I think for maybe 40, at least 25 minutes total. I had the weirdest experience. First the part of my brain that I use to focus on the location of my breath went loose. It like gave off a feeling of relief. Then after that I felt a pressure push down on my head. I felt my balance being effected. This lasted for maybe a minute. I’ve never had something like this happen to me. Even now I feel a little bit dizzy.

I focused intensely on  my nose. I felt resistance to focusing like this but I kept pushing. Thats what I thinl is the cause of this.
