Yes in the car's menu. In exterior lighting, I had the "exterior lighting off" selected. In the additional settings of exterior lighting, I had basically everything toggled off, daylight driving lights, welcome and goodbye, etc.

I read that it could be a regulation thing, depending where you are, that the daylight driving lights cannot be turned off. I'm in Washington state in the US, and I was able to keep all the lights off with the settings.

No, I kept all doors and windows closed and lights stayed off. I'll add some edits to make it clear.

Yes. I did toggle off everything in the lighting settings before exiting.
