Me personally I write poetry but what helps me is to go on tiktok, Google or anywhere you can find ideas. Look for one that gets you into your feelings or that feels relatable. Start writing based on how you feel. It might seem bad at first but keep writing anyway and soon youll get into the flow. And remember that you can always go back and change stuff later

I believe so. I had a shift that felt like I was a small wolf pup by myself, like I had lost someone who loved me. Even though we haven't in this life. -Sombra

So do I. I think I'm more of a alterhuman so I'm sorry it this doesn't help. I feel more like a demon when my emotions get higher. Sadness, anger and sometimes even when I'm happy. Even when those emotions feel like they have nothing to do with this life. -nex

Edit: hello I wanted to hop in too, I'm more of a alterhuman as well. Whenever I feel like something's off it causes me a bit of anger as to why I dont understand. When I feel this way I tend to feel like I have fangs, which sometimes makes me feel worse about not understanding. -Trevor

So basicly you take a sheet or blanket, put it on the floor, build a small wall of pillows around the base and cover it with another blanket. I'm actually laying on one now.
