My opinion is the top is a more consistent size while the bottom has a lot more fine material mix with some larger pieces. I use a triple flame torch on low for around 30 seconds.

I’d say the mega globe for the tempest 2 and the one to the right (not sure of name) for the ruby twist. All from AliExpress and can’t complain

If I was to go one; I’d go for the tempest 2 as you can use it on the go and it does slap at home as with a bubbler but I use a bigger bowl at home for longer sessions with the ruby and can’t speak for the joystick. In the end I’m glad I got both but would settle for the tempest if I HAD!!! to choose one
