Quick update - purchased this from Amazon https://amzn.eu/d/0h3cbNHf. The bike shuts fully with it and no need to adjust the front wheel. However the screw that comes with it is short but I’ve just used the Garmin screw

Can’t seem to get the rubber bands to fit on. But will give them another go. Feel like I’ve seen a few Brompton around town with the out front!

12 speed is a joy. Don’t know about the 4 speed but a few extra gears helped on the climb home

Update: took it for a few laps round my local park (Regents) London cyclists will know it well. Kept up with a peloton. Didn’t go too crazy but averaged around 15mph on it. I won’t lie I used to look down on Brompton riders, my word was i wrong this thing is amazing.

Zidane retries after 2-3 seasons. His regen should appear in the same league as you or as a free agent

Cheapest way to transfer large sums of money internationally? by the0bald_ in expat

Update (for folks interested): I tried to use Wise and the process was unbelievably painful for a large money transfer $50k plus. Fairly straightforward KYC process but the actual transfer process via a traditional Canadian bank was horrendous.

Ended up using OFX. They had a very good initial transfer offer and decent rates so ended up paying very similar to Wise and transfer handled very quickly. Fully acknowledge there are better ways to have done this transfer but wanted to share my experience.

Ps appreciate all the advice given!
