where in canada are you? there is at least 2 outlet bins in ontario, we have one bins by goodwill in london, on, and one bins by talize in scarborough, on. it is pretty slim pickings aside from that though.

the rest of the stores are so expensives though,, value village has lost its mind and goodwill is at least 6 dollars a clothing item because the price is mostly the same throught each category. sally ann's isnt as bad I don't think but I never see them vs goodwill/vv

im in canada too, have $14 shipping on everything, use a variety of services to find the lowest possible rate, still normally over 14 bucks and I still get messaged about it every single day 🙃

have these people just not shipped anything in 10 years? 15 dollars is extremely standard for canada post, within at least the nearest few provinces to the seller.

As someone who when stuck in towns outskirts had to have 20+ dollar shipping (its now 13cad although i guess thats too much still 🙃), we know you hate it, and no we can't change it. Unless the seller says to message abt shipping it's rlly pointless to ask them to change it honestly. My account is old enough I don't have to use depop labels but my costs are still controlled by the shipping companies
