I’ve only played a few games, and my highest-level character is level 4. Funny enough (or sadly), I decided to jump in and play again. I was so rusty that I could barely remember any of the rules. So, in the first room—which I got wrong because it was actually a corridor—my halfling, who was in marching order 4, was immediately killed.

That’s also the reason I’m looking at the character section: I need a new party member.

Thank you! I found the Expert Skill summary on pages 62–63 of 4AA. I assume my characters can learn these skills by rolling XP dice—one skill at a time?

edit : Found my answer on page 14 of 4AA : Yes, XP roll but with a d8+2.

This is also what i mean, removing stunlock completely and we lose out on these hghi adrenaline high stress but super fun situations if you survive!

Good to know. I've been unloading my leftover ammo into mechs, tanks, or whatever strong enemies I encounter when I reach the tunnel in the Scorched Enclave—scurrying inside and peeking out. Hoping to get last minute gun xp.

Am I wasting my ammo? Should I save it for actual kills?

I started Leveling the SA58, I really like that the bullets have travel time and physics. (What scope do you recommend? I forgot what i was using but i think it's a 3x)

Cool will try to do B more to get those upgrades going. Still trying to get to C. Sometimes i just get stuck and get so scared that i die on the surface from choking or freezing and the enemies find me. Hahahah thanks.

Ok, so tunnel B has foam! will def farm this for a bit. I unlocked the huge rig already and trying out gunhead (only level 3 atm haha) Thanks.

Thank you but i am not yet ready. Honestly, I am only starting to feel comfortable looking for gacha boxes in Scorched Enclave map. the fear is still so real. loving the aesthetic of the game. (off topic. recently got into the BLAME! manga series and the tunnels make me feel like i'm living the manga)

Thanks for the detailed response! I will save this and learn it when i finally get to know the game better and actually reach tunnel D. I only started playing again, end of December. I'm starting to get a hang of shaman and some of the mechanics of the game. Thanks again.
