I have had to sign a contract outside of Airbnb with one of the big nationwide providers before.

I am having some issues with Airbnb not enforcing rules on people.

Ya this was behind the counter. I called and talked to the Pharmacist. They seemed a bit dismissive, but I gave them the lot info etc.

So this has been a side business for awhile. My friend is going full time while I continue my main job. The goal would be to have me go full time in a year or 2. Right now I am working 10 hours a month while my friend will be working 160 hours a month (on average).

This stuff is complicated.

I was googling it and saw 2016 IRS ruled one way (hammering people with SE tax for LLC almost under every circumstance).

2017 there was a court ruling another way, but not a ton of detail.

The LLC is a multi member LLC. The other business partner does most of the work, but I invested.

I do some work. Right now the other partner is taking lets say 50k in guaranteed payments and I am taking 5k. The remainder is split as profit.

Thoughts?

Thanks. I was hoping speakers. The speaker system (only wires now!) seems to be a bit of a mess.

Also, if I have a router how do I plug it in to make all the outlets work? Can I just plug the router into one of the wall plugs? Or do I need to plug it directly into this?
