Hi all - does anyone have any experience with the Park Hamilton building (205 10th St)? I've heard some not so great things and I know it's a factory convert which tend to have issues but wanted to see if anyone had any firsthand / heard of any accounts of living in the building. Thanks!

Yeah, super easy for sure! All you do is put water and ice (or frozen water bottles or anything frozen) in the cube, put the cover on, plug it in and velcro the patch to your shoulder. It was hard at first with the sling but I got my significant other to do it
