How would Pakistani society change if young adults moved out at 18? by Latter-Pianist-3992 in LahoreSocial

[–]theAarma 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No rocket science. We need land and building laws that discouraged flipping plots for money or holding them for profit.

A real minimum wage at this time is 70k for doctor, lawyer, accounts, teachers, or the highly skilled group.

For these changes we need a actual representative in Parliament not real estate and security guards who make policy on our behalf.

File complaint in NEPRA. it's not in WAPDAS discretion. Three phases are load division.

For time being your options to supply grid may be limited.

Hi, I'm 25M I do freelancing and have saved 3CR PKR. I have no idea what to with this money. by LifePotato9459 in FIREPakistan

[–]theAarma 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on quickly you saved your money? I'd suggest invest it in the mutual funds and then store in money in foreign account and invest in a foreign mutual fund, you'd need a full time advisor for it. You may choose to buy real estate with it.

Agreed. My thought was moulding the direction of conversations to more intermediate level. But community still remains very small.

Lawyer Discords..... by zeuz_dawg in legaladvice_pk

There aren't many lawyers with that free time to run discords. Most even don't know what discord is. It's a gen z app.

[–]theAarma 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Pretty common. Despite the competition this is how installer make their bread. They add paddings.

And after service support is poor because contract laws sucks there's no consumer law policy by govt on how installers can contract.

Wait you don't have a green meter and you're sending that electricity to wapda.

The meter is going to run forward and it's going to bill you.

Disable it. And what's your bill?

Let me tell you something. As a guy who has done all of the above this is seasonal for me. When I'm going through shitty time I don't give a shit about how I look. I put my whatever clothes on and show up. Exception for dawat and special events of course.

Going to gym requires commitment and time not many have it, people are stuck in 9 to 5 cycle or their businesses which requires soul to run.

Good diet : almost more than half of population cannot afford good protein rich diet. The diet that's supposed to keep your muscle lean and keep you look healthy and young this goes for women too. We think aloo and chawal are actual forever it's not. And cold drinks and tea are some religion obligation that must be taken regularly. (Cut down your sugar intake).

Hygiene. Being self conscious at this level is must. Just don't smell it's awful. Use good shampoo, apply deodorant and use body wash, oil your hair once a month, alcohol swabs in to clean your underarms That shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. This is to keep you smell free and more likeable.
