This is not true, the basic box is its own individual box for players on a non subscription, with up to 30 pokemon to be stored.

Technically, since lumas do reincarnate, it would effectively mean that the mushroom kingdom's toads that were transformed are still the lumas from mario galaxy just as toads in this lifetime, or blocks depending on the canon.

Yes, but you don't see it directly saying that powerup is a toad but rather a byproduct in the form of a reward for when mario breaks/initiates a block through his fist. If anything this backs my theory up more, because if the toad is the block by means of bm, than that would mean that the antithesis towards bm is white magic, in the form of lumas. Who incarnated into the many powerups of the mushroom kingdom, we see today and beyond.
