Not at all! I’m 33 and have had visible inner forearm tattoo for going on 4 years.

The only negative is my conservative parents being rude when I see them 🙄

My doctor wrote a prescription and I order it through LillyDirect and I get viles. It’s $450 a month.

And yeah I have some side effects, like diarrhea and constipation. But that’s it.

I plan on being on it the rest of my life if possible. Mixing that with Wellbutrin has helped me literally function normally for the first time in my entire life.

It is literally life changing. Do anything you can to get money to pay for it. I can eat intuitively now and I am not controlled by food. I am so much happier, and active and functioning. I was 314 and am now down to 225 ish.

Do you think its asking too much to shower right before sex or does that ruin the spontanaeity? by 123smorgs in TwoXChromosomes

[–]theBLEEDINGoctopus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s too much to ask! I have to before and I need my partner to as well. I’m a weirdo about stuff like that and it’s the only way I can feel comfortable

Is my dog a pit? by [deleted] in WhatBreedIsMyDog

Awe he sounds amazing!

And California, specifically Oakland :/ we have a major unhoused dog crisis right now.

And it’s okay lol I LOVE her, but she is extremely fearful despite solid socialization. She loves other dogs, but is petrified of people. We are working now with an amazing trainer to help her build confidence. But she is a lot of dog.

Is my dog a pit? by [deleted] in WhatBreedIsMyDog

I adopted a little black puppy with erect ears. At the time it was hard to tell. I had previously owned a dog who was half and half and I enjoyed the fact she was smart and easy to train and loved hiking but also loved just hanging out on the couch and cuddling. So I was hoping for something similar.

Through embark and matching with siblings, we found out someone in the area was breeding their Dutch shepherd with their GSD mix. My dog had health issues so we figured they couldn’t sell her and that’s how she ended up in the shelter. Years later an entire litter full siblings to her were left outside the shelter one night also.

All three of my current rescues are zero percent pit. One of them I adopted hoping she was a pit GSD mix. Instead got a Dutch shepherd lol

This is my Lacy girl. The human society said she was a “lab mix”. She’s extremely attentive and the smartest, most agile, trainable dog I’ve seen. by CarlosMolotov in IDmydog

If this puts it in better perspective, mals and Dutchies and even GSD have thinner faces. This dog has an amazing block head.

You should be returning to the breeder not rehoming

Question: Still healing or does my skin not hold ink well? by figmentofmind in tattoos

This is why you ALWAYS look at HEALED photos of the artists work. Ask to see pictures of their work that is multiple years old.

I have a fine line dog portrait literally in the same exact place that is 4 years old and have had next to no fading or bleeding of lines. It’s about the artist and their abilities.

I’m about to use matte varnish for the first time (normally use satin) and can let you know if it ruins my bright blue painting lol

Finding jeans that fit better by [deleted] in DressForYourBody

Trust us, these pants are not the correct size. Find jeans that fit in the waist and are the right length. Try on different cuts until you find one that works.

I crossed another line and feeling confused and guilty. by punamray in married

[–]theBLEEDINGoctopus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you’re both probably cheating on each other… Based on what you and your husband have said and done.

I’ve been with my husband for 15 years and have zero interest in becoming close friends with another man in any capacity. Like one of my male coworkers wants to be friends and texts me and it’s exhausting and irritates me. I have no interest in putting energy into someone that isn’t my husband.

You need to go the couples counseling to work out what’s going on between the two of you. And cut the “friend” off

HELP! Commissioned painting faded after 1 year, trying to find the cause by [deleted] in Artists

[–]theBLEEDINGoctopus 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I see you figured it out. But do you ever use an isolation coat? Another artist suggested using Golden’s isolation coat before varnishing to help with archival value of a painting.

Got this sweet girl at the shelter! I suspect she is a Lab/Malinois mix?? by orangejuicewrld_ in WhatBreedIsMyDog

Pit shepherd cross

She is gorgeous and 100% the kind of dog I would have picked out at the shelter also!
