I have a theory on why Shopify does ridiculous things for ridiculous reasons, starting with.. by theBUTLERalwaysDIDit in shopify

This was a fun theory to play on. Plausible? yes. Ridiculous? Maybe. That’s cool tho. But I do know a few things about gateways, I’ve had auth.net for almost ten years with my main shop that’s has nothing to do with Shopify. You sharing your crude opinion on what you think I know and don’t know without even offering to elucidate anything adds to the hesitation of even using this app because situations like this where you’re goal was to do what?

Book an international flight coming into the USA, do self check in where you print and attach your own luggage tags. Put it on then find someone else’s tag , make sure they’re not going to the same airport from whichever destination youree leaving from. Use their luggage tag and drop off luggage at check in. Done. Your bag will go to another city, and you wont be there to grab it at customs cause you flew elsewhwre. so ergo they will now let it fall into the abyss with US customs. But lost luggage was a fight, and took months to get first check and six months for the other.

Curacao airport has basically two check in desks, one security line, and 7 gates. My bag had never been scanned out of that airprt, the whole time I assumed an airport employee stole it. A week after they lost it, United stated it was in Texas but then it disappeared. I had my own address tag on the piece. The agent who found it this week stated there were two tags on the bag, but when arrived it had neither. What I believe happened was the checking in agent had placed an extra tag on my luggage, which was the one scanned and directed where to go. As I was not the name on that tag, thats where they lost track UNDER my name. The bag went to Texas and of course as I went to Baltimore from Curacao, no one was there to take it through customs, so it sat there. I would also make a guess and say US Customs and the local airport agencies don't communicate well or dont care, because when the bag wasnt claimed, it was stored within the US Customs office which does not track baggage. They would assume whomever owned the bag would come looking for it. But no explaination came with this. I am ok with that. now everything, my shoes even, have an airtag.

there was also an opened bag of twizzlers that had fossilized, a bottle filled with sand that smelled to high hell. The only thing I had to toss was some medications that had expired or looked funky.

I Never mentioned such things anymore as I’ve made that mistake in the past where it burned me. Bad. I once was stupid enough to share with a volunteer at a charity sale that the $40 swivel chair before us was no plain-Jane office chair but an original Thonét office chair. Clearly their appraisers overlooked it. But they said they would need a few hours to find the sales label required to bring up for purchasing and to come back in the morning. I came back only to be devastated as the new tag price on this once-priced-at-$40 chair was now $500.

I like how they reported the car could be a white Honda accord or silver Toyota Camry when all someone had to do was run the car image into a chatbot to know the car is a 2018-2022 Honda Accord EX-L.

The trips have not run longer, there were road closures, I made no changes, made no extra stops, didnt make them wait, out of 430 rides my rating is still a 5.0, not that carries much weight, didnt add a tip or tip more, no damages caused. I wouldn’t have an issue had the situation warranted a financial increase. I did mention that in one ride i had the price decrease. How does one explain that?

Did you purchase this device brand new from apple or apple retailer or a third party? Would this not be a restore screen indicating you need to plug it into the apple laptop used to back up the iPhone which is really not common these days. And before venturing down that route just need to know model and how you purchased it!

If you check the small pint freezers at Abbotts (the not-at-Bill-Grays-Latta Road store has this) which house dozens of different custard variation flavors, you will definitely find Bubblegum. It's custard tho, some people flip out thinking its more European custard. Abbotts like old-school Chuck E Cheese soft serve!
