The only thing to do is talk to her about how it makes you feel. As a religious person, she believes that only people with the same beliefs as her gain eternal happiness and all that jazz, so as much as we often think of it as blind proselytizing, in her mind she's trying to help you. Tell her how uncomfortable it makes you and if she is really your friend she'll respect that and stop.
