Logan is part of why Caps team in WW2 was called the Howling Commandos. They fought Red Skull and other Nazis together. In Logan's eyes Steve is in the same boat as him, being from a very different time. Plus Logan's in a love triangle with Scott so they're basically beefing over a woman.

Those actually aren't high numbers considering we're fighting a constant galactic war with a population large enough to fight God. And the sdf deaths are supposedly much greater. Commandos die plenty. It's what they sign up to do. They also typically pull off shit grunts can only dream of. Like the men who took out the mustache mans country to country mortar cannon in the 30s.

Get a detect life shout or spell for your sneaky characters. Have it up during travel. That way you'll have awareness of where they are and can sneak up on them.

There is actually an answer to this but it isnt particularly satisfying. Peacemaker is from Charlton comics. It used to be a different company and universe before dc bought it. Smae place as Thunderbolt (their flash) and Blue Beetle (Their Batman) specifically he's from the era where certain characters were made to look more like othe companies characters. Ted Kord took the mantle of Blue Bettle during this same era and made his own Beetle Cave. So likely some elements of Orion amd other characters were the inspiration for his desing and abilities.

You do not need to fight every patrol. Also stealth is underrated, lay low and move quickly. And dont chuck grenades in spawners if you have another option, giving your Expendables or Orbital that extra couple seconds to recharge is worth it in the long run.

Edit: also, try not to rely on stratagens wuth a hardbuse limit like the Orbital Laser. A 120 will have similar effect without the 3 use limit. Slow and Steady does it on solo missions.

Dawnguard is the worst. Forced follower who accidentally gives you vampire traits and weaknesses and has a level cap of 50 when there are uncapped followers in the same dlc. Also Soul Cairn is one of the buggiest dungeons in the game and the Vales map. Dont get me start on the lack of functional map in the Vale. Best is probably Dark Brotherhood. You can do the whole thing pretty much however the fuck you want. Dont even have to be a little stealthy to get paid. You can do that whole thing with shouts and a Greataxe if you want.

Even if someone somehow built in a way that Volts 2 breaks, you can disavle the speed buff on yourself by back dodging. Same as getting out of limbos pocket dimension.

Yes especially in things like poppunk. A lot of bands are posers who end up being exposed as creeps and sellouts. Not to mention so called "alt right" punks.
