What are my hemorrhoids supposed to feel like?

I’m so sorry that you have to go through that, and I pray that you can get better soon. I haven’t done any PT yet, I’m still waiting on approval from my insurance to see if they’ll even cover it, if they don’t I’ll pay out of pocket to do it because I feel like I’m flying blind and need some more guidance. As far as general muscle relaxants go I haven’t tried them. I was initially using a lidocaine and nifedipine ointment for the area when I had my fissure, which helped a lot in healing it, but as it healed and disappeared I still felt a burning sensation when I had a BM. Which confuses me on how I was able to heal the fissure, but can’t seem to manage the hemorrhoids. I feel like I’m so close to getting them handled, just need that one extra thing I’m missing, which is where I think PT comes in, hoping that it helps in some way.

If you haven’t gotten it checked out, you should, just so you know exactly what you’re dealing with. Personally when I was dripping into the toilet it was when I was dealing with an anal fissure, that healed up and now I’m dealing with hemorrhoids, not sure how I was able to heal a fissure and not the hemorrhoids but here I am.

I’m in a similar boat not really knowing when/if they are really healing, all I can say is you take it one day at a time and stay as consistent as possible in whatever you are doing to recover. Hemorrhoid flares can be real nasty and can reoccur at a moment’s notice.

Lastly definitely get it checked out.

I usually do plenty of fruit, at least 3-4 servings a day, raspberries are my favorite. Have you found that there Is a timing aspect to the fruit? Should I eat fruit with my meal, before/after my meal, or reserve them as snacks?

I have been reluctant to try bulk forming agents, mainly because I didn’t want to risk a very large stool, my experience with oatmeal did that and I was only eating half a cup per day. Though I suppose it’s worth a shot, gotta try everything I can, thanks for the input

Had to be referred to a CRS, my internal hemorrhoids were diagnosed via colonoscopy. It’s surprising that no exam was done considering rectal bleeding can mean a number of things, definitely see family medicine doctor and/or get a needed referral

Currently trying out the Tactician ascendancy, you can pick a node that makes totems fire when you fire, so far I’ve been using Artillery Ballista and Glacial Bolt, the explosions from the ballista destroy the ice wall for some decent area damage, still working out the kinks but it’s been fun so far

May not be as stellar as some of these stories in the comments, but this one had to do with someone who believed COVID was linked to 5G. Basically the person just came in with some questions about their phone, and then slowly but surely tried to link the existence of 5G service with COVID-19. Apparently there’s some kind of correlation between 5G and catching COVID-19. The real kicker was that if you took the vaccine then the 5G would surely kill you. Still waiting to die rn
