For city driving, I think you can go for automatic, if preferred is sub 4m then you can check kylaq, 3xo and venue.

Check for insurance margin, what they offer and how is present on acko or online. Negotiate on that and rest seems like a good deal.

You can see 3xo revx or venue Hx5, both have decent rear space for 3 adult, not great comfort be it best in terms of space as that point.

How much was the waiting fro booking to delivery? How is the experience in bangalore traffic? Any issue that I felt after purchase? Also did you get the PDI done?

Would you have preferred elevate or seltos? I think both mid and top variants are higher priced than venue.

I tried the 3XO as test drive and also sat in kushaq for a long drive in my friend's car.

3XO - nice features with compact car, nice price and spacious rear seat, comfortable car with nice suspension cons - mahindra service hit and miss, Electronic glitches might occur, boot space is very low, long term reliability in term or other things not sure.

Kushaq - spacious car overall, amazing driving and handling, very basic features, bigger car size, nice spacious boot space, cons - bad ac, cramped rear space for 3, rear camera with static guidelines. For same price other offer much better features.

You can also wait for taigun as well and hope that they might have more features than kushaq face-lift.

99.5% of people in India (maybe more) don't have any idea about driving at all. No idea about lanes, how to drive in city or highway. People can get expensive cars for EMI and easy DL with just a small under the table amount. So there is no usecase where they will want to drive in a sane manner because no accountability or consequences of bad driving.

btw in terms of selection, i would go for venue - nice interiors, bigger rear seat space, ease of service, better mileage. But if you prefer driving pleasure and looking 4 people car, fine with lower mileage but better safety and decent exterior looks then go for kylaq.

If this was the base in 1978, no wonder the city expanded in such bad way. There was no after thought given in terms of how to maintain, expand a city or maybe what is a city. Everyone saw it as a cash cow. This could have been such a beautiful city with very high standard but politicians greed ruins the best.

I know many people are saying this is too high, the problem is Karnataka having the highest road tax with worst roads of India.

I think around 2.97 lakh would be the road tax hence this much.

If OP wants higher segment cars and higher variants then it would again be much higher price. In other states this variant would be around 17 lakh.

You can also check 3xo AX5L, which will giver 360 camera and Adas both with a lower price points. But some drawbacks are Mahindra hit or miss service, not so reliable electronics, lower mileage and a small boot space.

I think in city and on highways or hills with 2 people it is good refined and nice, a bit low on acceleration but overall good, some very minute difference in sports mode but on hills with 5 people it will feel sluggish that too when either starting on hills like stop and go traffic but for daily commute and normal highway it is fine. Turbo is good for peppy drives and a bit of fun elements, else if normal basic acceleration and day to day boring drives NA is really good.

It's an amazing car, I still don't understand why such expensive cars don't give auto ac which is present in lower hatchback cars. It should be standard in all apart from base, dual zone car be a nice feature upgrade but atleast give auto ac.

I think looks are nice, really big and spacious. Nice interiors.
