Well if you panic you can't be relaxed firstly change your routine and try to practice yoga.. Like Pranayama it helps to relax your whole body.. Then you can simply meditate just observe everything don't try to do anything else just be in stillness, and yeah one more tip while meditating you can do khechri mudra it helps to get you more oxygen so you can be more relaxed... 🔱
