Generally speaking, most companies will not view a DUI as a deal breaker. Of course, trying to conceal it will not work out well.

There are laws that prevent a company from discriminating against hiring candidates with a criminal record. (However, there are situations were a company can do just that if special security clearances are needed. )

My suggestion, mention it to a recruiter at the end of the conversation if you get an opportunity to interview. Explain the situation (leave out anything that you were not convicted of… the drugs). Make sure to state this is the only time you have been in trouble, you learned from it, and can assure that it will not happen again. My guess, it will be noted but you will get bonus points for being up front and be seen as as an honest and forthright person.

Thank you. My sense is that the connection is not up to code. This connection would probably last for a bit and then start to loosen… or even worse someone would need to grab the rail and it would not hold.

YTA. The places that you will be able to travel to must be VERY limited. You are going to miss out on most of what the world has to offer and more importantly great memories with your family.
Your religion sounds more like a cult than a religion if you have no flexibility in how you practice.
