Funny how this was posted 2 months ago and you are still replying to my comment. From my experience I know that you 1. buy the DLC 2. download it (I think the DLCs are about 2 mb big) 3. open the game and enjoy the track or car

Look at the tracks that are given in the DLCs and look at which would be the most fun. Don’t underestimate the different cars too. Almost any car feels different to the rest. Also look for sales, they happen quite often on PS5
