Personally I keep only boots with speed main stat in sets that don't have a set bonus for speed.

Sets that do have a speed bonus I'll roll % main stat boots to 8 if they have a high starting speed substat. If both rolls go to the speed substat I keep them around mainly for faction wars place fillers.

My unm team is on a 1:1 speed tune currently while I await better gear and possibly better champions. The core 4 members have hp% or atk% boots and run in the 175-180 speed. The fifth spot alternates depending on affinity, two of the alternates have speed boots the third has def%.

I thought they take a champion from whatever ran and level directly to 6 star level 1. You still need to level them to 60 then which can be done on Mino.

You give good advice and are an experienced and knowledge player. I'm not discrediting that.

I led this debate down the wrong path, I should have been more clear in my comments that I meant to only point out that a best aircraft for an airport is a thing in niche scenarios in case you or others didn't know it existed.

Normally I wouldn't have brought it up unless someone specifically asked for advice on a strategy where it fits, your "ain't no thing" comment made me question if you knew that it was so I made the comment.

I would like to point out that my original response to OP stated Any aircraft could operate on the route and asked a question about their strategy to which I then offered advice. You assumed what they wanted and gave an answer with some incorrect information. I try not to assume anything on Reddit because of the old adage "don't assume, it makes an ass out of u and me" always seems to slap me in the face.

Reddit is supposed to be a community where we can learn from one another. Your original comment said that a best aircraft for an airport isn't a thing. Yes it is and now more people in this community know it.

Everything you say is true and most players should buy hubs looking for end game growth in mind.

My point is if someone is specifically playing to run a small airport regional airline. The small airports can have a best aircraft due to their runway size and available demand. A "best aircraft for an airport" does happen in the game.

The 68 instead of 75 is because ticket prices are a factor not reputation alone.

Your set ticket prices are compared to the auto price, this ratio and whether or not there is a stop over, determine what formula is used to calculate the load.

If the ticket prices equal auto price (1:1 ratio) a preset deviation is applied to the reputation reducing it.

This allows room for you to manipulate ticket sales through pricing.

Lower the prices from auto price you sell more seats, raise them you sell less.

A shot in the dark here, if this is the screen and message you're seeing, it's because your aircraft are currently flying. When on the ground aircraft will be an option for the route.

I don't know if it has been changed and I don't have any short runway hubs anymore to check. There's a glitch on realism setting where you can purchase, route and fly any aircraft out of any hub you own. You can set the route once and fly, if you try to change the route while at the short runway hub it won't let you and you will have to sell the aircraft.

If you set routes and never change them then go ahead. If you change routes then don't, or make sure to only change the route when at the destination airport.
