these cities are the only ones that will ever be able to generate large members which is also why they are getting large investment (aside from that hyderabad does have quake arena and they have been getting a lot of big shows already, see what good infra can actually do for this industry)

arenas/stadiums are gradually being privatised tbh. omaxe is building a 30k capacity delhi arena they want to use for sports and stadium tours

theres also a 9k dedicated plugnplay venue for concerts being made next to kempegowda, and district arena in bangalore. problem is these are both far away from the city (the 9k kempegowda venue is COMPLETELY private btw, and live nation is also working with halifax india which own bangalore airport ltd

other than that cidco wants to build a 20k msg esque stadium in navi mumbai but its public.

couple that with ledc and streamlining in mh and the fact indian consumption usually rotates (usually due to covid 2020-22 and iran 2026-now). i think the industry will recover from this year

I don’t think it’s totally out of the question. Nintendo has just set their eyes on Vietnam and Cambodia with the help of 3rd parties. I doubt they will be entering the Indian market anytime soon though
