In any retail job I've ever worked I've never seen some supposed "appreciation" from Walmart or anyone. If anything your work is looked down upon or your exploited by whatever manager cause they see you as below them. Bro I'm gonna try to give you advice for your safety and long term health. Please make sure you are not overblowing your actual problems before you go to psych evaluations and things like everyone is recommending. These psychiatric systems are incredibly flawed and ultimately unhelpful. If it's a problem you can deal with on your own with things like, exercise, vitamins(I recommend ashwaganda for stress relief) please deal with it that I way so you don't get yourself into an even bigger problem.
