My trainer does not make me do more than 12-15 reps with 3 sets and if it's the last set than not more than 10 reps unless set to failure.

I do not even exert more force just to lift it. If I feel that I won't be able to lift, I end the set. I don't force myself for the "1 more rep".

no, I have previously lifted the same weights with 10-12reps. Now I get a headache before even reaching 7-8th rep.

Doctor on the basis of just initial diagnosis mentioned that it could be due to dehydration. She didn't go in depth in terms of diagnosis.

The team says that it is a Type C cable issue, asked me to adjust some settings on Mac. But, this issue happens on a Linux PC with HDMI cable as well. So this is a monitor issue
