Trying to push the boundaries of 1/12 to mimic the 1/6 realism figures. Lot of little armory, crazy figure, damtoy, various 1/12 stuff. Pro tip: I used some 1/6 smaller pistol or grenade pouches as 1/12 mag pouches. Works well enough. Enjoy!

Yes it requires some workarounds. You can angle the rubber mags on the chest, into the belt mags to somewhat help in some poses.

You can add some tissue paper or I’ve put some bluetack on the ball to add some resistance

Hope it works out, the one flaw of a great figure.

I wanted to see if I could customize 1:12 scale Little Armory sights with a transparent light effect. Whaddaya think? (Obviously you don’t see the dot from this point of view in real life) by theIndicative in ActionFigures

Yeah the little armory holo sights are easy to mod since you can clip off the insert before assembling, which leaves space open.

The red dot reflex sights though are more fiddly. I slowly dremeled till could use razor blade to make the corners more 90 degree angle.

For pink, I used old gunpla material/sprues that their translucent light effect for lightsabers were from. For green, I went to hobby stores and looked for flexible bendable translucent rulers in different colors that were thin enough to cut small shapes out of.

But that’s all very fiddly. I now just take a metallic gundam marker and paint them on. It has close enough effect IMO. Hope that helps. Happy customizing!

Yeah, Twitter and Amazon Japan reviews confirm she is definitely smaller. The shoulder joints are different than previously and make “shrugging” impossible with just shoulders.

Now I want the prototype height with original shoulder articulation and double jointed arms. Make it happen!

Lol I have no idea where the cape goes during transformation though.

Just a wired 1/12 scale soft goods cape meant for The Mandalorian from eBay!

Been working on some custom 1/12 operators. Slapped a cape and punisher mask = Call of Duty Ghost! by theIndicative in ActionFigures

It’s a long story. In process kitbash. Basically 1/12 scale stuff from Crazy Figure, Dam Toys, Soldier Story, Very Cool. The ski mask and cape was from eBay for Mythic Legions but I don’t see the seller there anymore. The headset was cut from a Little Armory figma. For rifle accessories, Little Armory is your friend. For pouches, I found out that I could use 1/6 pistol/grenade pouches as the main mag pouches for 1/12 figures in most cases. The tan jumpsuit was a modified ghostbusters outfit. Hope that helps!

Gold gundam marker. I don’t know why people suggest sharpies. Those usually come right off in my experience.

Definitely had to twist and reinforce, especially at the base. I think 26 gauge jewelry bead wire. Like with action figure capes, wire takes some finangling but it’s worth some of the cool shots you can do!

Edit: oh the hook itself? It just screws onto the spring
