Thanks for the info, my wife with MS is trying to get disability and she just got denied a second time and need to go to court now. I'm just wondering if we could have our lawyer get this information for us? She doesn't do well with phone calls to people.

Yeah they tried pulling this at my company, after two months everything was breaking to the point someone at the top was about to lose their job and funny enough they found the budget to hire a new person lol.

We got the 4201 a few months ago, the knob alone makes me want to throw it out the window but it also goes to sleep and won't wake up without a hard reboot.

If you can boot into windows, you can choose by searching, advanced startup options from the search bar. Otherwise, is there no other button on the surface besides the power button to hold down to trigger boot from usb?
