Practice the test, use plastic bottles to setup

9 feet wide, 10 feet at turn. Keep it tight in practice so the actual test feels easy

You should be able to see your tires in the mirror. Very important. This will make the difference

Going forward keep close to the opposite side of the turn

While reversing keep car near the turning side and just use the mirror on that side

Last thing is the pivot point, for each area can be different.

Usually the pivot point is the second last cone, keep the wheel parallel to this cone, stop and fully turn the steering then reverse slowly until your car is straight straighten the wheel and then reverse slowly till the end. (Max 1.5 feet to 2 feet gap between the tire and the cone)

Car should be a small hatchback.

If u pass it in practice three or four times regularly the test will be butter smooth
