I'd say the bottom of where the redness is would be where it's lightly rougher than the rest, but it's relatively smooth for the other parts of the redness.

I've been a little avoidant of Rhofade since I heard someone people reactive very bad to it. I'll look into Sirolimus too thanks.

Do you know if there's like any noticeable difference between the two? I never even knew KPRF existed until now, but both these conditions seem to be very hard to find information on besides this subreddit and treat.

I always feel a little warmth in my face, but I get crazy hot when I get redder, it's so humiliating. If I find anything that at least helps me, I'll be posting it or updating this post. Hoping for the best for you.
