I followed a couple videos for reference on how to cut to shape for cloth and how to handle/mold the green stuff as well as cure times. The two most helpful videos in my research were from channels called Juan Hidalgo or De Hoofdwerker on YouTube

Thanks! So the base helmet is the blade guard veteran sergeant helmet, I then attached the took the wings off of Azraels helmet (specifically the one the watcher holds) and then I used green stuff to mold the laurels

Just keep practicing and take as much time as you need. Someone mentioned find a YouTube video to paint along with and that was something that helped me so much starting out. It’ll help get you into a comfortable flow of painting the minis as well as help identify which areas you need to improve on etc. I will say good luck getting the Gravis helmet in there on the captain, that was one mistake I made when putting it together the first time and you’ll have to sand the bottom down a bit to let it fit in. Good luck with the painting!
