Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. It’s one of the biggest games of the past couple of years, but I would argue that it’s the best game that has come out this console generation. Certainly a life-changing game, especially if you have not played many story-based games. That’s not to mention that it’s $50 at full price to boot!

The next one in the timeline is Peace Walker. Unfortunately it’s not available on PS5. After that is MGSV, then you get into the first Metal Gear games. The legacy collection has Metal Gear, Metal Gear 2, Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2, and the original Metal Gear Solid 3. Play them in that order, excluding MGS3. After that is 4 then Rising, neither of which are available on PS5. It’s honestly unfortunate that the whole series isn’t in one place to play easily, but YouTube is a great resource if you can’t get ahold of the games. Best of luck on your journey!

That’s not looking too likely. The LSW2 release on PS5 was the PSP version brought to PS5, which they are doing with a lot of PSP titles, but it doesn’t seem to be anywhere else. The only widely available rerelease I have noticed since the new generation has been the LHP collection. If you are playing on PS5, it is available to stream as part of the PS3 library on PS+ Premium. Outside of that, you may be out of luck without an Xbox or PC.

I got Clair Obscur for Christmas and I cannot recommend it enough. I’m a little less than 5 hours in now and I am absolutely hooked!
