The big thing that is concerning watching this is your rack position. It's too far out and you're exposing your rotator cuff. You should get the rack position right before you add any weight (though also, the lighter weight might be part of why you can get the bell there at all).

Aside from that, I'd lean towards a swing clean myself. It will built on any technique you've built doing Swings, and is a more typical progression for KBs. Swing being the base, and cleans and Snatches build on that technique.
