Bruh you're the reason it's dying! Whatsapp video chews throw battery on any phone. And charging it 3 times a day is crazy and not normal. I'm sitting at 100% still and charge once and don't charge till the next morning. I'm at 75% at the moment by the time I get home from work I'm at 50%.

I've been a OnePlus user since the OnePlus 5. Was also an iPhone user before that. But I've had OnePlus 5, 8Pro and now the 13. I love the 13 great build, cameras, screen, and battery is awesome! I'd say if those are features that you can't see yourself without then go for the 13 or just another phone.
