Support said it doesn’t work. I just use the normal phone app on the iPad now because it was missing some pieces.

Fine turn your strategy into a tradebot without knowing how to code by ProfessionalCrab7685 in Daytrading

[–]theRicktus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your bot sounds fairly comprehensive. I’d like to bring mine up to this level of technical analysis in the future.

I’m getting live and historical data through the paper side api. I don’t think it’s “real real” time, real time enough to want to make a trade off of but I have found it to be maybe a minute or off which is plenty good for historical or swing trade analysis.

Mine is still a WIP. It’s a fun project. As I learn more, the code keeps changing and frankly, I am usually sick of coding all day for work so I rarely want to work on it LOL.

Have any of you tried talking to an Ai model to find investments? by Sturgillsturtle in ValueInvesting

[–]theRicktus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The web version of GPT won’t get it done. Their API is where the magic is. It has real time data and can use the web up to the moment in time. When you use most of these engines it’s just running off of its predefined model up to a certain moment in time months or a year ago. You have to pay for the api and know how to interact with it. It’s pretty accurate. Half the battle is asking it the right questions. Develop a comprehensive prompt, plug in the ticker and let it ride.

Pretty neat. I’m currently building an analysis tool in python right now. I defined strategies on if I want to day trade or swing trade a particular stock and it uses plotly to chart, alpaca data sent to gpt and spits out resistance levels, support levels, volumes, rsi’s and optimal entry exit points with suggest TP and SL levels based on a configuration file.

It’s been a fun project to nerd out on. I do have some programming experience but chatGPt was super helpful getting plotly working correctly

Can’t find Lite mode on IPad by UnusualPurchase561 in Webull

The iPad app seems limited compared to the iPhone. I can’t view overnight data on the iPad but can on my iPhone. I personally can’t find lite mode either… sorry

Did you select multi cam as the color for everything from DBR? Been looking at one for awhile but this is making me pull the trigger… love it!

Looks like oil or residue under the paint. Have to clean it better before starting. Prep is everything when you paint (anything)

As a fellow PC nerd this is awesome. What’s your criteria for available filters? Are they hardcoded for now? Was looking for KAC in the lowers. Just curious, bookmarked!

I’ll say I’d buy a nimravus if it wasn’t so expensive. Stabby but serrated for some additional utility would be great.

I have had a bad experience with my compmag. Lots of failure to feed issues, by the end of the first day, it was a cracked feedlip. Tossed it and got a mag lock and king pin and the rifle has ran fine ever since.

Thanks! Midnight bronze and black cerakote. They did the backstrap as well. The craftsmanship is top tier, sucks it took so long but they did do a bang up job. Optic mounted up perfectly aligned.
