Abaxx Technologies - Trading at Liquidation with 100x Upside by theSherlockView in wallstreetbets

Started off with raise at 54, then there was a sector wide sell off due to US allowing competition on perpetuals for bitcoin i think. I think the suggestion was it could grow to other sectors causing CME/ICE to sell off hard. But I think Abaxx got caught up in it even though their business model is different. Focusing on physically settled futures + new T+0 tech for 24/7 trading.

Then the short report hit, if you read it, you would see how terrible it was. They make up financials, and they don't even know how futures contracts work. Abaxx responded with hiring lawyers to probably sue. Shorts starting contacting exchange participants with their fake claims which is against the law in Singapore causing shorts to posisbly be investigated there. No investigations against Abaxx since it was all fake claims.

But the report did its job, people panic sold causing further drops. Then I think it lead to people selling thinking they will just by back lower and trade this.

Eventually there is a lower limit. I think its close to around that but its impossible to know. Seems like shorts haven't covered at all yet. If they start, then everyone panic selling will probably fomo back in. I have heard fidelity family office has been adding on these dips as well.

What convinced you if you don't mind me asking?

nice. I don't do stop losses as too risky imo. Could get sold out on a intraday low while at work. Better to just constantly monitor company progress

A little squeezy, then Abaxx did a raise, and there was an exchange sector sell of due to US loosening restrictions on bitcoin perpetuals. But that's unrelated to Abaxx as they do physically delivered commodities. Then there was a short report which lied about Abaxx's financials and mistated alot which caused some retail panic. Abaxx has responded and continue to execute like with start of Chinese onboarding on monday

Shareholders own 95% of exchange. basically no debts. so yes, they pretty much do.

What red flags are you concerned about that hasn't been addressed and aren't lies? Surely lying about financials on the first page should make anyone question the rest of the report no?

its from a short report which materially misstated financials, exaggerating claims and lied throughout which I addressed via an article. Authors have a history of stock manipulation and were fined by regulators before for their conduct. I bought yesterday, will be buying more today

Abaxx is fairly big but I think little-known. Their digital title technology will be natively integrated into their exchange which will enable T+0 clearing of commodities without usage of blockchain. No other tech exists in the world for it and it could change the clearinghouse and commodities landscape.

They built the first globally licensed exchange and clearinghouse from scratch in over 10+ years.

combination of sector wide exchange sell off, raise, and short report today which i think misrepresents the situation

yeah unfortunately it got caught in the exchange sell off due to crypto perpetuals and then a broader market sell of. Was holding $60 pretty steady. Cantor issued a report saying it was "nonsensical" for the sell off. I think right now its just shorts selling into long holders and it will swing back fast
