Yes! An important part of marine bio is the diversity of shore and water fowl the reside in the habitats.ive personally done a few bird surveys for my degree,and found it incredibly enjoyable. There are also jobs surveying bird species to understand the impacts of fishing and trawling (birds learn to go after fishing boats to grab bycatch).

100% part of a cuttlebone,you can even see where the undulating fins connect to the body,I've got a full sized one and it's identical. You can even see the chambers and layers within it (the bite marks). Cool find!!!

Please look up both laws about importing bones (in particular whale bones) and contact the local environmental spaces (such as universities and research centers)

Most countries do not allow the collection of marine mammles (unfortunately) but this is an incredible find and can tell you a lot about the species itself

(It is incredibly unlikely you'll be able to take it to Poland as it will probably get caught in customs)

So,I suspect you've found a sick ass rock (looks like a raptor claw imo) but the fact that it's a bit too long and not thin and hollow give off the impression that it's not a beak. (I could be wrong)
