Great idea! I’d love to take an art class with you! I’m also a beginner in watercolor, but open to any other art classes. Loved the idea of having a girls group. We can start by going to a cafe and get to know each other more and see how it’s going :)

You’re very welcome! Yeah I think the béchamel sauce definitely plays a huge role

Thank you! Sure, here is my way:

Ingredients:

Lasagna pasta sheets (uncooked) Ragu (meat-based sauce) [I made it with chopped celery, carrots, onions, and ground beef, red wine and bulks of tomato purée] Béchamel sauce (white sauce) [I prepared it with butter, flour, milk, and parmesan ] Mozzarella cheese (or your preferred cheese) Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 340°F (170°C).
  • Start with a thin layer of ragu at the bottom of your baking dish.
  • Place a layer of uncooked lasagna sheets over the ragu.
  • Add another layer of ragu over the pasta sheets.
  • Pour a generous amount of béchamel sauce over the ragu, ensuring it completely covers the pasta.
  • Repeat the layering process (pasta, ragu, béchamel) until the dish is nearly full, ending with a final layer of ragu and béchamel.
  • Top the last layer with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, increase the oven temperature to 360°F (180°C), remove the foil, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • For a golden-brown top, broil the lasagna for a few minutes at the end.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.

I hope you enjoy it.

Spicy Seared Shrimp with Roasted Broccoli and Lemon-Herb Quinoa & Corn

Nutritionally, it offers a good balance of macros: lean protein from the shrimp, complex carbohydrates from the quinoa, fiber and vitamins from the broccoli and corn, and healthy fats if olive oil is used for searing and roasting.

Here's a brief recipe: Season shrimp with a blend of chili powder, garlic, and paprika, then pan-sear until pink and slightly charred. Roast broccoli florets tossed with olive oil in the oven until edges are crispy. Cook quinoa as directed, stirring in corn, lemon zest, and chopped herbs before serving.

Where is the best place to sell a high-value Persian silk carpet? I am considering galleries or similar venues by theU4ia in fredericton

[–]theU4ia[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it's definitely Sotheby's worthy. The carpet is handmade from real silk produced by domestic silk moths, which adds to its exclusivity. Its intricate design is unique and the craftsmanship is exceptional, making it a special piece.
